Samplitude Access V3.4 Released!

Posted in General Posts and News

SamplitudeAccess.org.uk is proud to announce the latest build of samplitudeAccess, the scripting solution for Samplitude ProX 2/3 and ProX2/3 Suite. It builds upon the previous work, offering further functionality and stability to the user.

It includes a number of bug fixes, as well as additions suggested by users in order to streamline the user experience. It’s been a bit of a struggle to maintain stability across the range of Samplitude versions and both Windows 7 /Windows 10, but we think this gives excellent workflow possibilities across the board.

Unfortunately, this will be the last build supporting Windows 7 and Samplitude ProX2/X2 Suite, as there are new and exciting features awaiting us with samplitude ProX3/X3 Suite in the Windows 10 environment. So, all effort has been concentrated on making the adjustment and specific changes needed to take the project to the next level. We would hope the next build will be available, if not straight away, shortly after Magix release the next version of Samplitude ProX3/X3 Suite.

As well as a new build, there are also new approaches being made to accessibility, which will keep the Samplitude Access project a key leader in access for the blind and visually impaired…so stay tuned folks and thanks for your support!

Hi steve you said Unfortunately, this will be the last build supporting Windows 7 and Samplitude ProX2/X2 Suite, as there are new and exciting features awaiting us with
samplitude ProX3/X3 Suite in the Windows 10 environment. i hope new version support win 7. because we use sibelius 5.25 jaws script. sorrily as you may know sibelius 8.5 is released but sibelius access developer has not updated it yet. so we must use win 7 to use sibelius access and samplitude access simoltaniously. really i know win 10 is better than win 7, but blinds like me need both, sibelius 5 and new version of samplitude. Thanks please support win 7 if it is possible.

Hi Mohammad. These V3.3 scripts will still be available to you, so you can continue working in Windows 7, but any further development is going to be in Windows 10, with the latest Samplitude.

These scripts may work fine under Windows 7, but I no longer have it to test. So, the next set of scripts may actually work for you anyway :). THX
